The Crumbs
As a person with Celiac Disease, a surface covered in crumbs is a cause for concern. But knowing all those crumbs are gluten free is such a relief! For many of us, good bread is hard to come by and finding baking means going to the freezer section. I want to offer something better, like bread that you can eat without toasting and fresh baked muffins and cookies for home and on the go. With over 20 years of experience in gluten free baking and cooking, I have helped friends and family adjust to a lifestyle that not only feels better but tastes good doing so.
